I offer a gentle, evidence-based approach to birth and postpartum care, rooted in a deep respect for the sacred process of expanding your family. By blending specialized expertise in newborn health with a steady, nurturing presence, I ensure you feel grounded and informed. My philosophy centers on providing a peaceful sanctuary of support where your needs are honored and your transition is held.


Guided by my faith, I felt called to support families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and the early newborn days. I provide personalized, nonjudgmental care while honoring each family’s values, preferences, and unique journey. My goal is to help you feel heard, informed, confident, empowered, and deeply cared for in every choice you make.

Birth Doula Package

A comprehensive support package designed to offer San Francisco and East Bay parents a steady hand throughout their journey. I provide a calm, grounded presence from the final weeks of pregnancy through labor and the first weeks at home, ensuring you feel empowered and deeply cared for at every stage.
 

PREPARE FOR YOUR BABY
- Two private prenatal visits to build a connection and plan for your arrival
- A personalized birth preferences plan that reflects your unique needs
- Compassionate guidance while exploring your individual medical options
- Dedicated practice with various labor positions and comfort measures
- Hands-on tools and preparation for your partner to feel ready and capable
 

YOUR LABOR & BIRTH JOURNEY
- On-call availability 24/7 starting at 38 weeks until your baby arrives
- Continuous labor support available at home or in the hospital, including phone support
- A dedicated in-person presence as soon as the timing feels right for you
- Gentle physical, emotional, and spiritual support by your side
- Attentive advocacy to help protect and maintain a peaceful birth environment

 

EARLY POSTPARTUM CARE  
- One virtual and one in-person nurturing home visit focused on your wellness and recovery
- A safe, open space to discuss and honor your unique birth experience
- Confidence-building assistance with newborn care and feeding techniques
- Compassionate support as you settle into your new family rhythm

Postpartum Support

Transitioning home should be a season of healing and tranquility. I provide hands-on care and gentle wisdom to help your whole family settle in, rest, and find a sustainable rhythm during these first precious weeks.

 

 

REST & RECOVERY 
- I will watch over your baby so you can achieve the deep, restorative sleep you need
- A safe, non-judgmental space to share your birth story and process your emotions
- Support for your physical healing with hydration and nutritious snack preparation
 

NEW BORN GENTLE CARE 
- Assistance with soothing, swaddling, and understanding your baby’s unique cues
- Practical guidance to make feeding easier, regardless of how you choose to nourish
- Attentive infant care so you can focus on bonding at your own comfortable pace
 

REST & RECOVERY SUPPORT 
- Cleaning and preparing all bottles or essential pumping supplies
- Managing baby laundry and keeping the nursery calm and organized
- Light kitchen assistance and meal prep to keep your home a peaceful sanctuary

$75 Per Hour
    $25 travel fee where applicable
